MARYVILLE, Tenn. (Oct. 16) Starting fifth in the 27th Annual Fall Classic at Ponderosa Speedway Saturday night Donald would collect a yuke tire in turn two on the first lap and be done for the night. He was scored 23rd in the final rundown.

Donald was third fastest in the first qualifying group, ran second in the first heat and started fifth on the grid for the 75-lap main event.

“We had a good car that was fast right out of the hauler, but you seldom win arguments with yuke tires,” said David Bryant. “The chassis didn’t suffer any damage, but the wreck knocked the nose down on the ground and we were unable get it fixed and get back in the race.”
