MARYVILLE, Tenn. (Nov. 25) With a ninth place finish in the Fall Nationals final race Donald won his second consecutive Schaeffer’s Oil Fall National Championship.

“2020 has been an up and down year for us and to be able to win the Schaeffer’s Fall Nationals to finish up the year was very important,” said Donald. “It gives us some incentive and motivation to get things sorted out over the off season and get after it in 2021.”

Prior to joining Blount Motorsports McIntosh won Crate and Super Late Model Championships at both Dixie and Rome Speedway. In the five seasons since joining BMS in 2015 Donald has won two Spring Nationals Championships, Two Fall Nationals Championships and two Southern Nationals Bonus Series Championships.

“We have been blessed and all the Championship wins have been team efforts,” continued Donald. “At BMS we have had great sponsorship support from area businesses, great contingency sponsorship support from the various manufacturers and a good support team headed by car owner Larry Garner and Crew Chief David Bryant.”

Donald and Blount Motorsports are looking forward to the few remaining races in 2020 and hoping that 2021 is not a repeat of 2020 season.

The next race will be the Iron-Man Leftover this Saturday at 411 Motor Speedway followed by an Xtreme event at Volunteer Speedway that following Saturday.
